At Trailer Place, we take pride in offering high-quality trailers, truck beds, and equipment built for real-world work. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer standard returns or refunds on trailers, truck beds, or related equipment once a purchase has been completed.

Manufacturer Warranty

All new trailers and equipment sold by Trailer Place are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.

If you experience a defect covered under warranty, contact us and our team will help coordinate the repair or replacement process directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Defective Products

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops an issue covered under warranty:

• We will help arrange repair at no cost to you when covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• If repair is not feasible, we will work with the manufacturer to help arrange a replacement when applicable.
